How To Place An Order
You may place an order by online or phone. To use Visa or MasterCard we will be calling to confirm your order then processing your order from there. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to contact you by phone or email to finalize your order.
Shipping & Handling
Every product comes with its own shipping requirements and fees differ upon location, weight and size of the order. For large orders or custom orders we will confirm shipping details when your order is received. Please note that some of our products such as helium balloons do not ship across Canada and are only available for pick up/delivery to the Lindsay/Peterborough and surrounding areas. Other items such as party supplies, flat bulk balloons, car bows, wedding supplies all can be shipped across Canada! Please refer to each product for details and shipping information.
Returns & Refunds
When it comes to satisfaction guarantee we are here to make your event a fun-filled memory! If it’s a product you are purchasing we will refund the amount if the product is returned in its original condition within 14 days of receiving the product. Shipping fees must be paid by the customer and this policy does not include; helium filled balloons, balloon sculptures, any inflated balloons, birthday party services such as face painting or balloon twisting, balloon decor, or any other services that include face painting, balloon décor, or balloon twisting.

Our team will then from there will be more than happy to assist you and learning from your experience to prevent customers from going through the experience you have gone through.
Location
We are currently an office operated store and can only be visited online during this time. Office hours vary however we are committed to returning your service inquiry or order as soon as possible and in time for your event. We highly recommend placing orders 1-3 weeks ahead of time to ensure inventory and selection is available. Having an online store has given us the ability to offer more products and services then the average party store!
